General shipping information

Cartons are shipped via UPS, for dangerous goods or palletized goods via freight forwarder Dachser. Shipping costs are determined and calculated from weight/volume at the usual conditions.

 

Special information on shipping abroad

Deliveries abroad may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees, which are not included in the total price shown.

 

Countries to which we ship

Germany with standard shipping costs of 8,50€.

 

Payment methods

By invoice: when paying by invoice, we ask you to transfer the amount to us within 8 days. 

Prepayment: as a new customer only the prepayment option is available to you

 

You will find all necessary information for the bank transfer on the invoice, which you will receive by e-mail after order confirmation.
